Address Book

Your address book allows you to store various contact information for later retrieval, or for use with the email functionality. When you activate the Add Contacts link, you are then able to enter which information pertains to your contact. For example, John Smith may only have first name, last name, and a phone number. Joe Blow may only have an email address. It's all up to you. When you're done, activate the add button, and all of the information is processed.

When you want to view a contact, Open the drop down list box with alt+down, then select the contact you want, either with your arrow keys, saying the name, or tapping the letter of the name until you reach the desired contact. Once you arrive at the contact of choice, tab to the view button. All the pertinent information about the contact is displayed. When you are done viewing the information, activate the Manage Address Book link to return to the screen where your contacts are listed.

If you want to edit a contact, simply select the contact, then tab to the edit button. When you're done, press the save changes button.

Deleting a contact is just as easy. Select the contact from the drop down list, tab to the delete button, and activate it. Important, be sure that you really want to delete the contact. You will not be warned. As soon as the delete button is activated, the deletion will have occurred.
