If you have a Firewall, or an anti virus package, you may need to configure it so that System Access and SAMNet can use your internet connection. For example, if you are using Norton software packages, you must disable the virus checking component before System Access will be able to download updates. Additional configuration may be required. If you have a Firewall, you may also need to give System Access and SAMNet access to your internet connection. Please remember that Serotek technical support does not provide support for networking, or configuration of security software. We can provide suggestions, however, it is up to you to follow through to successfully configure your system.
