Machine ID’s
Machine ID’s are how Serotek identifies computers. These machine ID’s are also used to verify that a valid software license is present on a given computer. If a hard drive becomes corrupted or you buy a new computer, Serotek staff can reset the machine ID to allow a refresh of the software license. Please be advised that this process is closely monitored by Serotek in order to prevent abuse of the software license
