No conference trip for me this year in May, but will be in New York May 9 thru 14. It’s the annual benefit for Independence Residences, May 11, and Mothers Day and various birthdays weekend. Aah yes. Well. Thinking of White Castles at this hour of the morn?? But then again, I’ve done it too!! No, unfortunately no castles here, only frozen at the market, and lots of folks with good methods and variants of how to make them turn out nice either microwave, or in the oven broiler, steaming in a pan of a bit of water. That’s Rocky Mountain Water!! Like the staple of Colorado KoolAid, Coors Light brewed in Golden!! (smile) Looking forward to seeing you in 2 weeks!!
